Our Lady's Guild

About Our Lady's Guild
Scholarship Information and Application

​

The dedicated women of Our Lady’s Guild fund raise and give back to our sisters and
brothers in need whether it will be homeless, food insecure, mentally ill, incarcerated or
disabled. It is through God’s hands that we give of ourselves wholeheartedly and with
compassion. Catholic women, eighteen years of age or over who are interested in the
objectives of the Guild, may become members.

Some of the recipients we help are:
- Homeless not Helpless
- St. Joseph’s House
- Capabilities
- St. Vincent DePaul and
- Scholarships for our high school seniors for children and/or grandchildren of members of our parishes, to an institution of higher learning.

The Board meets on the 1st Thursday of the month at 10:00 A.M. September through
May at Our Lady of The Assumption Annex.

At this time, Member gatherings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1:00 P.M.
September through May at Our Lady of Victory Hall (unless otherwise indicated).

Transportation is available for all meetings…call any Board Member to arrange.​

​“OUR LADY’S GUILD” SCHOLARSHIP

Information / Application

 

The following is the information for “Our Lady’s Guild” Scholarship award.

1. Application process open 2/1/26 closes 3/30/26. In hands of committee by 3/30/26 not postmarked.

2. This is a one time $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to the recipient in a check on or before June 1 2026.

3. Student, Parent or Grandparent, must be a member of Our Lady of Victory, Our lady of Assumption or Our Lady of Hope.

4. Student must use a Barnstable High School scholarship application.

5. Student must write a 250 300 essay as to how this scholarship will help them achieve their future goals. This being weighted heavily.

6. Please, no paperclips, staples and only ONE sided printing.

7. All applications must be received on or before 3/30/26 and sent to:
